i had a really pleasant stay. rooms were clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations compared to my last visit in milwaukee. the staff were friendly, always ready to assist, which made my short visit enjoyable.

Also, the front desk staff were super friendly, and our room was comfortable enough for a good night's rest after a day of Milwaukee munchies.

But if you're after peace and quiet, this ain't the place for you. My room was surrounded by noisy neighbors, and I barely managed two hours of sleep before I had to bail at dawn! Even a new room didn’t help with all the foot traffic outside.

I recently enjoyed my stay, and I particularly loved the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast that included crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. The indoor pool area was a great spot for relaxation after a day of exploring the city, making it feel like a little retreat. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the bathroom that could use attention.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my family outing. Plus, that pool area had us feeling like mini mermaids! Cozy linens made for a well-deserved snooze after a long day.

However, trying to locate that elusive elevator felt like a game of hide-and-seek, minus the fun. And let’s not even get started on the HVAC unit—sounded like a herd of hamsters on a treadmill!
